Learn the basics of linocut printmaking in the relaxed surroundings of my garden studio in Aberlady, East Lothian.
This beginner-friendly workshop takes place across two sessions over two weeks (2 hours per session, 4 hours total tuition). Splitting the workshop into two parts gives you time to continue carving at home between sessions before returning to focus on printing techniques and producing your final prints.
With a maximum of just two participants, the workshops are informal, hands-on, and designed to give plenty of individual guidance. They are ideal for complete beginners, senior school, college, or portfolio-preparation students wanting to develop printmaking skills, or friends, couples, and family members looking to try something creative together.
No previous experience is needed.
